All miscellaneous assets are located in Coconut Grove and are adjacent to GRP’s other Coconut Grove assets and Cocowalk. Coconut Grove, Miami’s oldest neighborhood, is a popular retail, dining and nightlife destination surrounded by the region’s most affluent communities. The community is currently experiencing a dramatic transformation fueled by the development of high-end condominiums, the repositioning of commercial space and major public sector investments.

All miscellaneous assets in the Coconut Grove assemblage are scheduled to be repositioned in concert with the repositioning/redevelopment of Federal and Grass River’s other Coconut Grove assets and Cocowalk. The assets have largely been leased to new tenants that either are providing or will provide new shopping and dining options for the revitalized core of Coconut Grove.
